ABOUT US
Navigating Organizational Excellence
At Aditus Partners, we utilize our signature ‘Compass’ Framework to integrate strategy, leadership, and operations by aligning the four directional elements of organizational excellence – Strategy (North), Anchors (South), Innovation (East), and Execution (West). We believe that when a leader’s compass is perfectly aligned with the organization’s map, every hour and every dollar is spent directly moving the needle. We bridge the distance between where the organization is and where it needs to be, empowering a team that is equipped to navigate the strategy and optimize results.
Our mission is to provide the access—the Aditus—to the potential talent that exists in an organization, ensuring every hour and every dollar spent is directly moving the needle.
About the Founder
I’ve spent more than 25 years in senior leadership to include developing strategies, driving quality & performance improvement, executing operations, and mentoring & developing leaders.
I have served in many leadership roles. In those roles, I have watched strategies continue to fail. Not because of a lack of vision, but a lack of leadership alignment and direction. My journey has been defined by a deep commitment to driving operational excellence. I recognize the importance of organizational alignment, from strategic development to the execution of operational objectives.
I earned my MBA from Texas Women’s University and my Masters in Health Administration from George Washington University. I am a Fellow at the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). I have served three years as Governing Board President for Women in Health Administration (WHA) of Southern California and two years as Governing Board President of Corona Norco United Way.
I founded Aditus Partners because I believe true success is rooted in operational excellence. Strategy provides the map, but leaders determine the destination. Every leader deserves a compass to navigate the structural gaps between the vision and the outcome. Throughout my career, I have partnered with teams to drive sustainable improvements that ensure long-term operational success. At Aditus, I step in as a co-navigator, bringing the perspective and practical frameworks needed to ensure the leadership’s efforts remain aligned with the organizational goals.
